Tamburins Hair Collection: Summer Tails Popup at Haus Nowhere Dosan (2026)
Tamburins just launched its first-ever hair care line. The Summer Tails Hair Collection introduces three products — Hair Perfume, Hair Oil, and Perfume Scrunchie — combining the brand’s signature fragrance DNA with actual hair care benefits.
To mark the launch, Tamburins has opened a popup at Haus Nowhere Dosan in Seoul, co-created with Brazilian artist Monica Piloni, running from April 10 through May 30, 2026.
What Is the Tamburins Hair Collection?
The Tamburins Hair Collection is the brand’s first expansion into hair care — a new category that merges fragrance with functional hair treatment. Until now, Tamburins (under parent company IICOMBINED, alongside Gentle Monster and Nudake) has been known primarily for perfumes, hand creams, and body care. The Hair Collection marks a significant step into what the brand calls “scented hair care” — products designed so that fragrance diffuses naturally with every movement of your hair.
The collection launched on April 10, 2026, with a pre-sale on Kakao Gift on April 9. It’s available at all Tamburins online and offline stores.
The Three Products
Hair Perfume (80ml)
A fine mist that coats each strand with scent while delivering light moisture and instant smoothing. The formula contains phytantriol, panthenol, and a plant oil blend for hydration, nourishment, and heat damage protection. At 80ml, it’s carry-on friendly — designed to be reapplied throughout the day. Available in four scents: Summer Tails, Chamo, Evening Glow, and White Darjeeling. Priced at ₩48,000.
Hair Oil (50ml)
A lightweight, fast-absorbing oil with a silky finish and zero grease. Works on both wet and dry hair. It shares the same care complex — phytantriol, panthenol, and plant oils — and comes in the same four scents. The texture is notably light compared to most hair oils, absorbing quickly without weighing hair down. Priced at ₩38,000.
Perfume Scrunchie
A silk hair accessory infused with the Summer Tails scent. Available in 21 different designs — from classic satin to textured fabrics in a full spectrum of colors. Each scrunchie is scented, so fragrance transfers to your hair as you wear it. Available in Summer Tails scent only.
Summer Tails: The New Scent
Summer Tails is the new fragrance launched alongside the Hair Collection. It captures the feeling of late summer — warm air carrying the last traces of green through sunlit leaves.
Scent architecture:
- Top notes: Geranium, Anise — a gentle sweetness with a subtle spicy edge
- Heart notes: Lily of the Valley, Green Leaves — fresh and bright, the core of the scent
- Base notes: Cedarwood, Patchouli — woody warmth that settles into a calm, clean dry-down
Beyond the Hair Collection, Summer Tails is also available as a Perfume (50ml, ₩159,000) and Perfume (11ml, ₩43,000).
The Popup at Haus Nowhere Dosan
To celebrate the launch, Tamburins has transformed the entire first floor of Haus Nowhere Dosan — the IICOMBINED flagship building in Apgujeong — into an immersive popup space. The installation runs from April 10 to May 30, 2026.
Inside, you’ll find the full Hair Collection lineup, all four scents for testing, and the complete range of 21 Perfume Scrunchie designs displayed on the wall. The space also features Tamburins’ first-ever scent testing tool designed specifically for hair products — letting you experience how each fragrance unfolds on hair rather than on paper strips.
A Perfumed Hair Salon Photo Booth lets you choose from three hairstyle concepts, then generates a magazine-style sticker photo with your chosen look applied. You can also download the image via QR code.
Monica Piloni × Tamburins
The popup was co-created with Monica Piloni, a Brazilian artist known for her unsettling, hyperrealistic figurative sculptures. Her DOLL SERIES fills the Haus Nowhere Dosan space with oversized orbs covered in realistic hair textures, life-sized doll figures with flowing hair in various colors, and braided sculptures adorned with scrunchies.
The sculptures sit alongside product displays — blurring the line between retail and gallery. Giant golden hair-textured spheres serve as product pedestals, while standing doll figures with ponytails and braids mirror the hairstyle motifs of the collection.
The collaboration reinforces Tamburins’ approach to product launches: every new category arrives with a full sensory narrative, not just a shelf display.
